We try to do better but it is not that we always do it so well.
But we write a post now! 🙂

Since last time we wrote, have we been a short trip to our paradise.
It is so so wonderful to be there as usual!
This time we have tried to not do so much on the house and instead done lots of more sightseeing around the island.
And we have also done 4 funny fun dives! Finally we got to breath some compressed air again… 🙂

Otherwise is everything great here in Oslo. We working a lot as usual and the sun is shining from an clear blue sky. This summer probably going to be the warmest summer in a long time. Amazing! We really hope that its going to last trough out August and September.
In a few weeks we going to our homes in the north to visit family and friends. We really longing for it!

Uploaded some photos from Koh Tao, so we can dream us back and longing for the next trip!

Continue to have a great summer!

From hot to cold

Hello everyone!
Here is an update from us:

We have been home for about 4 weeks, the time passes by so fast and we are soon in the month of March. Hopefully the spring is on it’s way…

I, Linda have been in to my family home, Jokkmokk for a week. And the contrast from Koh Tao’s 30 degrees hot to Jokkmokk’s 30 degrees cold, is not that funny. Brr. But it was more warmth to come home and meet my family an my friends! 🙂 Tomas he was home working and playing drums with his band when I was up in the north and almost froze my nose off! 😉

Now we both home again and working like hell. Uploaded some nice photos from Koh Tao and dreaming us back to our paradise. Our next planed trip will be in July, two weeks.

And then we just have to thank you all, our readers! We have got, during our two years of blogging, almost 620 000 visitors. That’s amazing! Thank you so so much that you visit our blog and read it and as usual we have to apologize that we don’t update more often then we do now. But we will try to do better, we promise.

Thanks,
Big hugs from us

Linda & Tomas

Hello!

It’s been a while since we wrote something here, sorry, but we have been, as usual, really busy with our villa, sunbathing, snorkeling, swimming and diving when we are in paradise. Then it so hard to have time to blog. And the time goes away too fast when we are here!
Writing a short post now and try to write more when we coming home to Frangipani Villa tonight. At this moment we laying in the swimming-pool in Chalok Harbor and enjoying the sun! 🙂

Big hugs

A world of wonder

Hello Lovely people, we are now back on land again after an incredible week around the Galapagos Islands. This is an amazing and unique place on earth where you can find both small and big wonders.

We have got so many impressions and it will take a long time to take in but above all we have probably taken about 5000 photos who will take lots of more time to go through and sift. But we not finding any words who can describe what we have experienced. Instead of writing we will let the photos speak for them selves.

This is a short route-plan where we have been.
Dag 1 – Isla Lobos, diving
Dag 2 – Cape Marshall, diving
Dag 3, 4 och 5 – Wolf och Darwin Islands, diving
Dag 5 – Punta Vincenta Roca, diving
Dag 6 – Cousin’s Rock, diving – Santa Cruze Highland sightseeing
Dag 7 – Santa Cruz – Land ”sightseeing” – Tortuga Bay
Dag 8 och 9 – Santa Cruz – Cruising and island- sightseeing

Enjoy 🙂

Hello everyone!
Very soon….. In just a week, our plane lifts early on Friday morning to Ecuador and the Galapagos. At last!
This trip we booked for 1.5 years ago and you can imagine now is the day coming soon for our dream trip!
We will join a dive-liveaboard as it so nicely named. Where you as a diver, dive, eat and sleep, dive, eat, sleep in lots of days and experience the exciting wildlife both below the surface and above the surface, such as hammerhead sharks, whale sharks, manta rays, eagle rays and then Galapagos unique wildlife as Galapagos sharks, Galapagos Tortoise, Marine Iguanas, Galapagos sea lions and the cute Galapagos penguins.

Here’s a taste for you. All images are borrowed but soon we will show you our own!

Hugs from us!

Back to Koh Tao

Yes, you read that right! We’ve been on a quick visit to Thailand and Koh Tao, we went Friday the 17th. And as usual it was absolutely wonderful to step into our home Frangipani Villa.
The house is getting nicer and nicer! This week we actually almost just relaxed, we have fixed a little bit with the house but not much. Aon and her team have helped us with some small things like: cut some branches so we have better sea-view, cleared the drainpipes around the house and set nets into them so we can collect rainwater now that the rainy season begins in October. Then they made the shelves in our storeroom.

We also met our lovely neighbors Niklas and Nettan and their children. We have not seen each other since we signed the contract on our houses in September 2009. It was really fun to see them again! We managed to take some ”cold beer” on their terrace and have dinner together! 🙂

But a week goes fast and Monday, 27th we were back home again. We already longing back as usual! But it is not that long until we’re back on the Rock again. We will again this year celebrate Christmas and New Year there!

And now our friends, we have just two weeks left before we step ashore on the Galapagos Islands for 8 days with the world’s best diving! Yay!!!

Have it great so far!
Hugs from us!
