If you book more than a week we’ll give you 10 % discount/week.
If you book more than 2 weeks we’ll give you 20% discount/week.

The house can only be rent weekly or monthly for now. Not daily.

Peak season

High season
16th January – 30th April

Low season
1st May – 30th June
1st September – 14th December

The rent includes:
Transfer from and to the pier when arriving and departing. Our hostess Ms Ellu meet you at the pier.
Cleaning everyday, Cellphone with almost 24 hour service by Ms Ellu. Please ask her if you have any questions.
She can help you with laundry service, taxi service, motorbike rental, tickets etc.

Water and electricity consumption will be added and paid locally to our staff at check-out.

Reservation fee on 200€ (8 000 THB) are paid at the booking confirmation.
The remaining amount of rent is paid 3 weeks before arrival.

When you arrive to Koh Tao you leave a deposit of 10 000 THB  or your passport to our hostess Ms Ellu. And when you leave the house you get the deposition back again.

Paypal payment is available.
