Update June!
Hello all of our friends!
A small update for you in the middle of the summer!
It’s almost three weeks since we left our lovely island Koh Tao and our lovely house! Time fly by so fast! And we long there as usual, every day but yesterday we booked tickets to Thailand on 18 December. We will be there for five weeks this time and its going to be wonderful! And hopefully our lovely house will be definitely finished when we arrive. Only one year behind schedule!
We enjoying some warm summer days and nights in Oslo, while we work a lot!
Last week on Wednesday, me, Linda had my birthday. I had an perfect day with my darling Tomas, we had picnic in the grass under a warm and big sun, with some nice food and drinks. Just enjoying summer. After that I had a small dinnerparty with some of my nice colleges from work. We were drinking lots of Rosé-wine with Russhian-water (If you have not tried it yet, you have to try it! Yummy!!) I had baked Broccoli-Blue Cheese pie and a Salmon pie, and for dessert I got an huge Chocolate-mousse cake from a kitchen-chef in the restaurant I working in. It was so mighty that I still have a big piece left in the fridge and It’s almost a week ago since my birthday. Puh!! But we had a great day and evening and it did not end until 5 o’clock in the morning! I was lucky to had a day off from work that day!! =D
This weekend Tomas went home to the North. He spent some nice days in his cabin with family and friends. They had great weather and did some BBQ, drinking beers and played guitar, also to the sun rises again. =P
A funny thing that happened to him when he flew to Stockholm was that he sat 6 rows from Jered Leto, the lead singer in the band 30 seconds to Mars!! We are a huge fan of them!! He spoke to him and took a photo of him! Whiii so exiting!!

Saknar Koh Tao!
Nu är vi hemma igen, tiden går fort när man har roligt, tyvärr. Vi hade ju gärna stannat kvar på vår paradisö för alltid. Men än så länge får det bli sådana här korta tripper fram och tillbaka, vi måste ju jobba också!
Vi har hunnit få massa saker gjorda. Vi har skaffat försäkring som ska täcka det mesta, men det vet vi ju inte om det fungerar i Thailand när det väl kommer till kritan, det återstår ju att se. Vi har även fixat postbox och den absolut främsta saken vi skulle göra nu när vi åkte tillbaka var att skriva över landpapperet från Sportgarden till vårt bolag Frangipani Villa Koh Tao och det är nu gjort, äntligen! Så nu är vi officiellt ägare av marken vår drömvilla står på!! Känns otroligt skönt!
Vårt nya office Koh Tao Villas och arkitekten AOn är nu kontrakterad för att slutföra allt i vårt hus och lite därtill. Hon kommer även bygga till trädgården och förrådsrummet och lite extra små lyxiga ting. Allt ska vara klart när vi åker ner nästa gång i december, så vi längtar redan!! Det känns också så otroligt skönt att vi äntligen ska få allt småfix klart!
Det roliga är att vi har lämnat våra poolplaner till henne och hon har redan hittat ett poolföretag i Bangkok som ska bygga den. Vi ska även få en 3D-ritning över vårt tilltänkta poolområde!! Jihuu!!

I Oslo är allt som vanligt förutom att det är ganska varmt, tror nog allt att sommaren har kommit!!!

Missing Koh Tao!
Now we are home again, time flies when you’re having fun, unfortunately. We would love to stay on our paradise-island forever. But for now, we have to do this short trips back and forth because we have to work too!
We have managed to get lots of things done. We have obtained insurance to be
cover most of the things, but who may know if it will work in Thailand as
it comes to the crunch, it remains of course to see. We also get an post-box at the PostOffice and the foremost thing we had to do on this trip was to overwrite the land-paper from Sportsgarden to our company Frangipani Villa Koh Tao and now it is done, finally! So we are now official owner of the land where our dreamhouse stands on! Feels really good!
Our new office Koh Tao Villas and architect Aon is now under contract for completin everything in our house and small things outside. She will also construct the
garden and our store-room and some do some of the extra little luxury things to make our house even more beautiful. Everything should be ready when we arrive in December, and it is so exiting, we can hardly wait!
It feels so incredibly good that we finally get everything done!
The funny thing is that we have left our pool plans for her and she has already found a pool-company in Bangkok that will build it. We will also have a 3D drawing of our proposed pool area! Looking forward to it!

Äntligen här igen!
Nu sitter vi här på terrassen igen och det är så himla underbart! Vi älskar verkligen att vara här! Några kalla pils går ner genom strupen medan vi ser ut över Sairee Beach små lysen.
Vi sitter med Tomas kompisar Arvid och Glenn som är här på några dagars visit för att hälsa på oss och ha några sköna veckor i Thailand.
Om en stund så ska vi hoppa i säng, vi kommer sova som prins och prinsessa i våra sköna sängar. Imorgon kommer bli en ”mycket-att-får gjort-dag” hoppas vi?! Det är söndag och vi vet ju att det mesta i Thailand står stilla när det är söndag. Förmiddagen ska spenderas i telefonen och ringa runt till folk så vi får allt gjort under veckan vi är här. Eftermiddagen ska spenderas i Chalok Harbour och deras pool. Längtar efter sol och bad nu!
Måndagen blir rivstart att får igång allt, köpa växter, bygga till trädgården och påbörja det som ska göra inomhus!
Ja, ni hör att vi har som vanligt fullt upp! Men vi ska försöka hinna med några dyk också på Scuba Junction troligtvis på tisdag!
Ha det gott, nu tar vi en sista kall pils sen god natt!

Finally here again!
We are sitting here on the terrace again, and it is so amazingly wonderful! We really love to be here! Some cold beers goes down our throat while we looking out over Sairee Beach tiny lights. We are sitting with Tomas friends Arvid and Glenn who are here a few days visiting us.
In a moment we’ll jump into bed and we going to sleep like prince and princess in our comfortable beds. Tomorrow will be a ”much-to-be-done day,” we hope! It is Sunday and we know that most things in Thailand is closed when it is Sunday. The morning will be spent on the phone, so we get everything done during the week we are here. The afternoon will be spent in Chalok Harbour and their pool. Longing for sun and the sea now! Monday will kick-start to get everything up and running, buy plants, building the garden and start with the things to do indoors!
Oh yes, you hear that we are, as usual, busy! But we’ll try to catch a few dives also at Scuba Junction, probably on Tuesday!

Thank you all readers, you are amazing! You all warming our hearts when we know that you are in here and reading, looking at our pictures and follow us on our journey through life!!
Is not many days left now, before we once again check in in our dream. The dream we have built up on the other side of the world. We really long now and really hope that the house is that we left it in February and that the rain storm earlier this year, did not put too deep tracks.
It will be much work to get everything in place. We are thinking and figuring on many ideas, and what idea who is the most relevant for us to do now and what idea who is a must when we arrive. But mostly me, Linda figuring on where we should put all the plants and trees for the garden and how beautiful it’s going to be when it will be as we plan.
We want to go right now, but first we will have some few days left with intensive days next week with lots of work for both of us, but soon, really soon….
