Hello everyone!
Very soon….. In just a week, our plane lifts early on Friday morning to Ecuador and the Galapagos. At last!
This trip we booked for 1.5 years ago and you can imagine now is the day coming soon for our dream trip!
We will join a dive-liveaboard as it so nicely named. Where you as a diver, dive, eat and sleep, dive, eat, sleep in lots of days and experience the exciting wildlife both below the surface and above the surface, such as hammerhead sharks, whale sharks, manta rays, eagle rays and then Galapagos unique wildlife as Galapagos sharks, Galapagos Tortoise, Marine Iguanas, Galapagos sea lions and the cute Galapagos penguins.
Here’s a taste for you. All images are borrowed but soon we will show you our own!
Hugs from us!
Sunny days is on its way…
Hello everyone!
Now we only have one week left until we leave to Thailand! And god so we yearn, we have really deserved this five weeks of vacation!
We have worked and worked like fools both of us and now it’s finally approaching!
Our lovely house are also getting finished, it’s not much left. We have received photos from Aon and it is really getting amazing! But all of you have to wait a little while longer to see what has happened until we get there. Then we gonna give you some great photos to you!
And we have promised you that you should get a blog-post a day and we should really try to keep our promises!
Another funny thing is that we have received our first booking at the house! Our first guests checking in on January 27 and checking out on February 3. We are so happy and hope they will enjoy their stay in our wonderful house! They have made their reservation through our advertise on Villa Renters. Check it out:

The winter is absent and we charge for the last week with rain and bad weather.
A week passes quickly and soon we’ll get ashore on our paradise island of Koh Tao and into our dream house Frangipani Villa!
Big hugs from us!

Happened since last time!
Hello there!
This has happened since last time we wrote. I, Linda, have come home from my family and friends in Jokkmokk. Here are some photos from the week that I had up north!
We have bought a new camera, a Canon Powershot S95. This is to have two cameras under the surface when we go to the Galapagos next year! So we don’t mess a hammerhead or a whale shark just because we don’t have a camera each… It would be a disaster! =D
We dis some test-photos when Tomas’s mother and her partner were here for one weekend ago. Check out the funny photos.
Then we got some new pictures of what is happening to our lovely house in Koh Tao. Now it’s really getting finished, the garden is almost complete. It is so nice! Check out Frangipani Villas beautiful garden!!
The time ahead is filled with mostly job, job, job. Norway have got half the tax in November so it is best to work as much as possible now! It’s only six weeks left until we step ashore on our paradise Island Koh Tao and our lovely house, Frangipani Villa!
Take care in the autumn darkness!
Linda & Tomas
Finally here again!
We are sitting here on the terrace again, and it is so amazingly wonderful! We really love to be here! Some cold beers goes down our throat while we looking out over Sairee Beach tiny lights. We are sitting with Tomas friends Arvid and Glenn who are here a few days visiting us.
In a moment we’ll jump into bed and we going to sleep like prince and princess in our comfortable beds. Tomorrow will be a ”much-to-be-done day,” we hope! It is Sunday and we know that most things in Thailand is closed when it is Sunday. The morning will be spent on the phone, so we get everything done during the week we are here. The afternoon will be spent in Chalok Harbour and their pool. Longing for sun and the sea now! Monday will kick-start to get everything up and running, buy plants, building the garden and start with the things to do indoors!
Oh yes, you hear that we are, as usual, busy! But we’ll try to catch a few dives also at Scuba Junction, probably on Tuesday!
Take care, now we take one last cold beer then good night!
See ya, kiss and hug =D
Less than 2 weeks to go….
Soon it’s time again to pack our bags and head for warmer
latitudes, The Island Koh Tao and our lovely house! It has been six months
since we were there last time, weeks and month goes by so incredibly fast. This time we
only have 10 intense days in the island, but the idea is to fix the land-paper, buy more
plants for the garden and finalize the last little things on the house!
This time we have chosen to fly with Solar Air to Chumphon, a new
low-cost airlines have start to fly between Bangkok-Chumphon. Then go by boat from the mainland to Koh Tao as usual. All this at a cost of 2200 baht per person. And thats cheap!!
Previously, we have always been flying with Bangkok Air to Koh Samui and then
go by boat to Koh Tao, but it is almost twice as expensive. It will be interesting to test the new route! But it will be little bit of stress when we landing at Suvarnabhumi
International Airport because we only got about three hours to get through the passport-control, collect our bag, throw us into a taxi and take us to Bangkok’s old airport, Don Mueang, where our plan to Chumphon leaves from. We really hope that there are no delays!
And volcanic eruption in Iceland does not make things much better. Our fingers is crossed that no volcanic ashes will be spread across Scandinavia next week, that would be a disaster!
Give you some new pics when we get down to the house and got our first beer on the terrace!!
Hugs from us!
Galapagos and 5000 visitors!
Yes, this is so wonderful!
For almost a month we have had more than 5,000 visitors here at our website, it’s just fantastic! Thanks to you all!
Then there’s an exciting thing to tell you ….In September 2012, finally our biggest dream will come true!
We have booked a dive trip to the Galapagos! Oh yes, you read correctly. Finally we get to dive with large schools of hammerheads, whale sharks, and manta rays. But we also looking forward to experience the Galapagos above the surface. The islands are truly a natural paradise for birds, tortoises, penguin and sea lions! We have dreamed about this a long time, ever since our first dive on Koh Tao and we began to scout out in the ocean of what can be found in the sea!
But this is not all..Magnus Lundgren, one of Sweden’s best underwater photographers will be on the boat in the Galapagos. He will give everyone on this trip a Workshop in underwater photography, so we can learn to take even better pictures under the surface!
We will also combine the trip with a week on Bonaire in the Caribbean, for even more spectacular diving!
We yearn for this so much already, this will be an extraordinary experience!
Keep reading and visiting our site, we really appreciate it!
Big Hugs from us!
